1. Acceptance
By accessing fincalindia.com, using a calculator or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.
2. Educational service only
Fincal India provides general calculators, illustrations, comparisons and educational content. The website does not provide personalised investment, tax, legal, accounting, lending or insurance advice. Use of the site does not create an adviser-client, lender-borrower, broker-client or fiduciary relationship.
3. No offer, recommendation or guarantee
Nothing on this website is an offer to lend, invest, buy, sell or distribute a financial product. Calculator outputs are not recommendations and do not guarantee eligibility, approval, returns, tax treatment, savings or future performance. Market-linked investments can lose value, and past or assumed returns do not predict actual results.
4. Assumptions and current information
Outputs depend entirely on the information and assumptions entered. Rates, product rules, taxation, fees, eligibility, inflation, returns and regulations can change. Before acting, verify current information with the relevant regulator, government department, issuer, lender or product provider and obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional when appropriate.
5. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful personal and internal business evaluation. You must not disrupt the service, bypass security controls, submit false or unlawful information, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, copy substantial content for republication, impersonate another person, or introduce malicious code.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fincal India is not liable for decisions, losses or damages arising from reliance on an estimate, unavailable service, inaccurate input, third-party content or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
10. Governing law and grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and authorities having lawful jurisdiction in India may hear disputes. Before starting formal proceedings, please send a detailed grievance to Fincalindia@gmail.com or call +91 9167194099 so we have a reasonable opportunity to respond.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms as the service or applicable law changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
